Terms & Conditions:  

UPON DEPOSIT PROJECT WILL BE ACTIVATED. RETAINER FEE IS PRE-SCHEDULED TO DEBIT FROM THE CARD YOU USE FOR INITIAL TRANSACTION and MAY BE CHANGED IN FUTURE, via CLIENT DASHBOARD by YOURSELF OR TEAM-MEMBER. 

All fees are PLUS travel expenses. Travel expenses include round-trip Business Class airfare from Jacksonville, FL PLUS hotel and ground transportation and meals, IF DWANN HOLMES presence is required in your city or conference city at any time 

This project is non-cancelable for any reason and agreed--upon payment terms are due as described. However, you may postpone or delay any part of the work in progress without penalty should circumstances arise.  

Joint Accountabilities I will sign nondisclosure statements as you may require and I will meet your deadlines and schedules without exception. I will respond to all phone calls, text messages and emails from you within (4 to 8) hours (The exception to this is when I’m delivering a presentation, consulting, or on a plane OR VACATION)  

You will provide me with reasonable access to key company information as appropriate for the success of this project. Your Company and Or Representatives will be responsive to my requests for information and data as necessary for all components of the project and you agree to be available and assessable to all media request(s) within reasonable time frame as determined by Dwann Holmes.  

You also agree to make yourself available to ALL POSSIBLE MEDIA INTERVIEWS WHETHER VIA PHONE, IN PERSON OR VIA ANY TYPE OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA. While this doesn't GUARANTEE MEDIA COVERAGE, you understand systems implemented with consistency have been proven to work via Dwann's experience. However, explicit commitment to following instructions and directions are necessary for success. 

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  

Copyrights You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion media submission are either owned by you, or you have permission to use them.
