Terms & Conditions

 UPON PAYMENT-IN-FULL THIS PROJECT WILL BE ACTIVATED. This project is non-cancelable AND NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and agreed--upon payment terms are due as described. However, you may postpone or delay any part of the work in progress without penalty should circumstances arise. You may also TRANSFER the paid amount to another project should you no longer need the agreed upon service. This must take place within 90 DAYS of today’s date. You shall receive (3) REVISIONs unless otherwise agreed and paid for. If this is a SPECIAL RATE including MARCH MADNESS DESIGN SPECIALS you shall receive (2) REVISIONS, MAX. All completed creative design files are the property of the creative AGENCY DWANN HOLMES MEDIA &&TRAINING, LLC. Should you require the purchase EPS source files, you agree to pay the agency fee of $99 upon initial payment with design project or $199.99 - $399.99 AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.  

Joint Accountabilities Team Representative will sign nondisclosure statements as you may require and my CREATIVE DESIGN TEAM will meet your deadlines and schedules without exception, upon the UPLOADING OF YOUR SOURCE FILES AND FILLING OUT OF CREATIVE INTAKE FORM. Deadline for your project only begins ON THE DAY YOU UPLOAD ALL NECESSARY ARTWORK AND INFORMATION NEEDED TO BEGIN YOUR PROJECT. THERE WILL BE A PROJECT MANAGER ASSIGNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WHO will respond to all phone calls, text messages and emails from you within (4 to 8) hours. (The exception to this is when TEAM is traveling or delivering a presentation, consulting, or on a plane OR VACATION) You will provide with reasonable access to key company information as appropriate for the success of this project. Your Company and Or Representatives will be responsive to my requests for information and data as necessary for all components of the project and you agree to be available and assessable to all media request(s) within reasonable time frame as determined by Dwann Holmes.  

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Copyrights You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion media submission are either owned by you, or you have permission to use them.
