Terms & Conditions:  

This project is non-cancelable for any reason and agreed--upon payment terms are due as described. However, you may postpone or delay any part of the work in progress without penalty should circumstances arise.  

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS SPECIAL.

ADDITIONAL DESIGN FEES IF GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK IS REQUESTED.

Joint Accountabilities  

You will provide me with reasonable access to key company information as appropriate for the success of this project. Your Company and Or Representatives will be responsive to my requests for information and data as necessary for all components of the project and you agree to be available and assessable to all media request(s) within reasonable time frame as determined by Dwann Holmes.  

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  

Copyrights You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion media submission are either owned by you, or you have permission to use them.
